I’m a full time grad student at NIU and work at the Fire Academy in Glenview, Illinois. I finished my grad school exams on Saturday and got to Ream’s at 4:05pm. Since the store was closed I got back into my car until an employee flagged me down and let me in. He was very helpful, the other employees present were very friendly and I was not rushed. I drove 50+ miles home happy.

I want you to know that this was the best example of customer service I have ever received in my life, and I know it’s true because I’ve never written a thank you card to anyone else.

Being Filipino, I am used to getting bad service in the country. Often times I get ignored, receive poor service, or I am at the end of cold stares. Your establishment is more than the best meat market in Illinois; you are a shining example of service above and beyond all others.
